There are two types of appointments available: Personal Therapy and Relationship Counseling. Personal Therapy sessions (one adult attending) are 50 minutes in length. Relationship Counseling sessions (for two or more adults attending) are 75 minutes in length.
Evening rates apply to appointments that start at or after 5:00pm.
Fees per session are as follows:
• Daytime Rate: $130
• Evening Rate: $150
• Daytime Rate: $195
• Evening Rate: $225
Payment is due at the beginning of each session and is accepted by cash, check, or credit card, made payable to Jennifer Rehor.
Insurance is not accepted at this time; however, billing statements may be provided if a PPO-insurance plan is utilized.
I am not on any insurance panels, HMOs or PPOs, and I can not process insurance claims.
If finances are a concern, some options are available.
For Personal Therapy sessions (50 minutes), a reduced fee/sliding-scale* may be available (see below for information).
At this time, I do not have sliding-scale slots available for Relationship Counseling sessions. However, if clinically appropriate, we may decide to schedule shorter length sessions (though I highly recommend the 75 minute full length sessions in the beginning of treatment and during times of high conflict). The shorter Relationship Counseling sessions are 50 minutes in length, and are $130/session before 5pm.
If the fees are still not within your means, I understand. Another option is a referral to another practitioner or clinic, which I am happy to make for you. In this case, please let me know what you are looking for and I will do my best to find a good fit for your therapy needs.
* Sliding-scale: I have a limited number of appointment slots for Personal Therapy at a reduced rate for students and others who cannot afford the regular fee. The sliding-scale generally runs between $80 and $120 (per 50-minute session), depending on financial hardship. I do not ask to verify your financial records, but rely on an honest answer to the question, “What fee are you comfortable with at this time?” If a reduced fee is agreed upon, it will be evaluated every 3 months and adjusted upwards when your financial situation improves.
